How professional access works
- Create a professional account from the app’s “For therapists & counselors” option.
- Contact professionals@usinbloom.com to request operator approval. Access remains pending until approved.
- Create an invitation for a couple. Both partners approve the connection.
- Read a report only after both partners approve that exact snapshot.
Clear boundaries for everyone
You do not receive ongoing access to a couple’s space, their private journals, or their encryption key. Reports are selected snapshots, not real-time monitoring. Either partner can revoke sharing. Store any authorized copies according to your own professional obligations and agreements.
Before using this in a care workflow
This is not an EHR, emergency monitoring service, or a product represented as HIPAA-compliant. Do not upload regulated clinical information without the required suitability review and agreements. Operator approval grants product access; it is not a public credential verification or endorsement.
