What Us in Bloom is
Us in Bloom is a free tool that helps two adults in a relationship communicate. It isn’t therapy, counseling, medical advice or a crisis service. If you’re in danger, call your local emergency number. In the US, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is available 24/7 at 1-800-799-7233.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your passkey and recovery key safe. Because your data is end-to-end encrypted, we can’t recover it if you lose both.
Using Us in Bloom well
You may start with private reflection before your partner joins. Use shared features only with a partner who has chosen to join you. Don’t use it to monitor, pressure or control anyone, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.
Your content
What you write belongs to you. We store relationship content in encrypted form to provide the service. If you choose to email an invitation, our server and email provider process its access key. Read the trust center for that choice and other protection limits.
Professional sharing
Approved professionals may invite couples to share progress reports. Both partners must approve each report. You choose your professional independently; account approval is not an endorsement or verification of clinical qualifications. The app does not provide emergency monitoring. Either partner can withdraw access, but copies already saved by a recipient cannot be recalled.
No warranty
Us in Bloom is provided free and “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Us In Bloom isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm others, or end the service with reasonable notice so you can export your data.
